Privacy policy
This policy describes which data the STN app collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over your information — under the LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and consistent with international standards like GDPR.
One-sentence summary: your training data is seen only by Felipe Santana, your coach. Nothing is sold, shared with advertisers, or used for marketing.
1. Who we are
STN is an app operated by Tecnosolve, built exclusively for clients of coach Felipe Santana. Under LGPD, Tecnosolve is the data controller. Coach Felipe Santana acts as an authorized processor with respect to the data of each of his clients.

2. What we collect
We collect only what's necessary to operate the service:
- Identification: email, name.
- Optional intake data: date of birth, phone, sex, training history, relevant health conditions, goals, weekly availability, sleep and recovery habits. You decide what to fill in.
- Training data: sessions performed, sets logged (weight, reps, RPE, rest), pre-session wellness check answers (fatigue, sleep, soreness, stress, mood), post-session PSE and internal load.
- Minimal technical data: authentication session identifier, access dates. We do not collect location, contacts, photos, audio, or advertising identifiers.
3. Why we collect
- To personalize your training: Felipe reads your intake and history to prescribe sessions.
- To track your progression: progress charts and load history depend on set-by-set logging.
- For security and operations: authenticating your account, preventing abuse, debugging app errors.
Legal basis (LGPD, art. 7): performance of the contract between you and your coach, and, for the intake form, your explicit consent when filling out each section.
4. Who we share with
Your personal and training data is shared only with:
- Felipe Santana (your coach), who needs to see all of your data to prescribe workouts and follow your progress.
- Technical processors contracted to host the service, listed below. These processors handle data on our behalf, under contract, and have no right to use the information for their own purposes:
- Supabase (database) — stores data on servers in Brazil or the United States, depending on project region.
- Google Cloud Platform (application servers and processing) — region us-central1, with international transfer subject to the safeguards in art. 33 LGPD.
- Resend (email delivery) — handles only email addresses and transactional message content.
- Sentry (error monitoring) — receives technical information about crashes; configured to omit personally identifiable data.
We do not share data with ad networks, data brokers, or any third party that would use the information for marketing.
5. Storage and security
- In transit: all app ↔ server communication uses TLS 1.2+.
- At rest: the database is encrypted by the provider (AES-256).
- Access control: the server enforces Supabase Row-Level Security rules. Felipe sees only his own clients; athletes see only their own data.
- Passwords: processed as hashes; not even the STN team can read them.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your training data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we remove the data within 30 days. Backup copies that may contain older data are rotated every 90 days and also discarded at that point.
7. Your rights
LGPD grants you the following rights:
- Access: obtain a copy of your personal data.
- Correction: fix incomplete or outdated data.
- Deletion: erase your data (also possible from inside the app, under Settings → Account).
- Portability: export your training history in a readable format.
- Consent withdrawal: withdraw consent given for the intake form, for sections not strictly necessary to perform the contract.
- Information: know with whom we share your data.

8. Cookies and tracking
The STN app does not use third-party cookies, advertising pixels, or advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID). The app stores locally only what's needed to keep you logged in and to work offline (workout cache, synchronization). This data lives on your device.
9. Children and minors
STN is intended for users aged 18 and over. Athletes under 18 may use the app only with the express consent of a legal guardian, communicated directly to coach Felipe Santana. In such cases, the guardian may exercise all rights under this policy on behalf of the minor.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect product changes, legal changes, or new operational partners. Material changes will be announced inside the app before taking effect. The current version and last-update date are always shown at the top of this page.
